Laugh, Respect, Appreciate and Endure

“To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”

― Ralph Waldo Emerson

That quote, by Ralph Waldo Emerson, is one of my favorite quotes. It is one that I like to read, if possible, daily. I’ll admit, that it’s something that I relate to, as I’ve practiced it throughout my years.

I would like to send a sincere thank you, to everyone who reads NOTM, and to those individuals who stop by daily, weekly,monthly..or even yearly! I’d also like to thank you for always sending me such kind comments and emails. It makes me feel extra safe + loved.

ps- muchisimas gracias (moo-chee-see-mas  grass-e-ass: thank you very much) for all the warm wedding wishes! i will be posting photos (trip+wedding) next week, just have to upload+organize them!
