Our little Moon has just crossed off another milestone from the list, going to school! She started kindergarten earlier this month and we can’t believe it. I’m so excited for this new adventure of hers, that I decided it’d be fun to surprise her one morning before school with some delicious vegan “breakfast” popsicles. I had some delicious lemon, vegan yogurt in the fridge and decided that I would use it to fill up the 3 cute molds in the We Might Be Tiny popsicle tray. I knew my kids would love this surprise for breakfast before heading out for the day. Making these vegan popsicles literally took me less than 5 minutes.

Step 1: Fill in molds with yogurt.

Step 2: Stick in the reusable food-grade ice pop sticks.

Step 3: Place clear silicone lid on top and pop into freezer.
