Halloween is right around the corner, and I honestly hadn’t thought about costumes because I’m in my last two weeks of pregnancy. At the beginning of the month, I thought I would have a cute family theme picked out for the three of us, but alas, here I am less than a week away, with no family costumes, LOL. Anyways, I literally decided a couple minutes ago that I could try dressing my little family up as TROLLS.
I mean, it seems easy enough, right? All we really need to do is wear some bright, colourful clothes that we can find in our closet, a ton of hair spray, temporary hair colour, and some fun accessories. Alright, that’s it…let’s give it a go, and see how it all comes out 🙂
Becoming a TROLL is easier than ever, as you only need a few  key materials for this DIY Halloween costume.
You’ll need:
- Hairspray
- Temporary hair colour (spray, dye, whatever you are comfortable with)
- Brush
- Colourful outfit (from your closet)
- Small plastic bag
- Accesorries
Step 1: Head to closet and mix and match favourite colorful items.
Step 2: Put half of hair up into a pony-tail and then place a “crumpled” plastic bag on top of head. With a brush, comb the remaining amount of hair up and around the plastic bag. Tie.
Step 3: Add some temporary colour to your hair.
Step 4: Add your favourite accessories. Trolls love to accessorize!
Becoming a TROLL really is one of the easiest DIY Halloween costumes, and is sure to be a hit as Dreamworks TROLLS makes its debut November 4, at a theatre near you. Make sure submit your own TROLLS looks for the chance to win promotional items from the film, and a $25 gift card.
Go on, and TROLLIFY yourself!
