Butterflies and Silk

I think it all starts with a sincere smile. Not only does that gesture make you feel good, it also makes those you interact with (or even walk by) smile too, in turn making them feel good and smiling and passing along the good vibes to others! 

I've said it before, smiling only takes a second to do and it's positive effect is contagious. What are you waiting for...SMILE ;)
