]]> Summer is all about spending some quality family time together. And that’s just what everyone’s favourite monster family is going to do in HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 3. This Summer vacation is on the world’s first every cruise for monsters.
It’s all smooth sailing for Drac’s Pack as they indulge in all of the fun the cruise has to offer. Until that dream vacation turns into a nightmare that is! Mavis realizes Drac has fallen for the mysterious captain of the ship, Ericka, who hides a dangerous secret that could destroy all of monster kind.
And to celebrate that the Drac Pack is back, we’ve made one of our favourite Summer snacks; guacamole. Wait, who am I kidding, we eat guacamole all year round, atleast once a week! It’s literally the perfect snack that goes with or on E V E R Y T H I N G. From fries, nachos, to tacos, steak, hot dogs and more!
Drac’s Garlic Free Guacamole
  • Avocados
  • Onion
  • Pomegranate
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Cilantro
  • Garlic

Steps:

  1. Chop as much (or as little) Onion finely. Then pop into said bowl.
  2. Wash Cilantro, then chop, finely. Throw into bowl with onions.
  3. Cut avocados in half, peel and remove seed. Put into bowl (onions and cilantro), then MASH and mix.
  4. Cut Lemon, squeeze juice into bowl. I love my guac extra lemony.

  6. Dash of salt. MIX.
  7. Cut Pomegranate and scoop the seeds into the bowl and MIX.

Serve with plantains, tortilla chips or on/in anything you like~ as you can see above, this time we served as a dip for our veggie platter lunch.
