Day Out With Thomas in Squamish- The Friendship Tour 2017

Ever since we hung out at the CN Station Fort Langley last Summer, Luna has loved trains. Like most train obsessed children, she’s into everyone’s favourite No. 1 Tank Engine, Thomas. So, Gabriel and I are planning to head out to Squamish next month to spend a Day Out With Thomas, who will be on his 2017 Friendship Tour.

Day Out with Thomas will be two weekends only. Saturday May 20, Sunday May 21, Monday May 22 and Saturday May 27 and Sunday, May 28. Time slots for the train ride vary, so make sure to check out the schedule here, to plan accordingly.

We can’t wait to surprise Luna and see the look on her face when she sees Thomas. Besides the twenty minute train ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, admission also includes meeting the conductor, Sir Topham Hatt. Don’t forget to take your camera/cell, as there will be many great photo opps with Thomas and Sir Topham Hatt at the station.DayOutWithThomas-TankEngine-SquamishBC-FriendshipTour2017

There will also be a bouncy castle, magician and musician performances, Thomas train tables, Thomas theme mini-golf, sand castle building, Thomas craft tables, model railway display, and a temporary tattoo station.

Day Out With Thomas is located at West Coast Railway Heritage Park, Squamish, BC. Ticket prices vary from $24 and $28 plus GST depending on time of day. Children under 2 are FREE, but they must sit on the parents lap for the train ride. You can purchase your tickets to spend the Day with Thomas in Squamish here.
